"Ricky Marrara was the key factor in me buying a house, I was really specific on what I wanted and it was a hard find, and at the last minute my work location had changed by 100km - Ricky made it happen in a completely different area in no time. A house matching all of my checklist came on the market, and Ricky arranged a viewing immediately. He had all the background info for the house and then some. He checked in and gave frequent updates, and answered all of my questions at all times of the day. His communication skills and level correspondance between me, mortgage broker, lawyers, home inspector, and seller's agent was incredible.

Ricky Marrara professionalism and level of attention as a real estate agent was examplar. The process of purchasing a home (my 3rd time) has always been stressful and frustrating for my, but Ricky managed to instill a level of confidence and reassurance, he managed to calm me down and in the end found me my dream home. I always felt that he was honest, and straight forward with me, and ultimately he always had my best interest in mind - which is sadly a rare occasion with many other agents. I can guarantee that if I did not have Ricky as an agent I would have walked away more than once from the idea of buying a house. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them accordingly, and established my trust in the matter of minutes on the first day with met, and I fully trusted and relied on him for his expertise throughout the process - and I would trust him again.
